Japan Osaka Tondabayashi Ecomarathon

Date: March 21, 2023 (Tuesday/holiday), next edition May 5
Event: 10km men's and women's run, 5km parent-child run
Start: 11:00 (all events start at the same time)
Time limit: 90 minutes
However, the time posted on the official website is up to 70 minutes.
Parent-child runs will not be recorded (no awards will be given).
Please check the goal clock or your own watch.

Eligibility:
10 km: Healthy people over high school age
　Parent-child 5km: Children under 15 and their guardians
Venue: Tondabayashi Ishikawa Nishi Itamochi Ground (between Showa Bridge and Kawanishi Ohashi Bridge)
* About 1 km east from Kawanishi Station on the Kintetsu Nagano Line, cross the Showa Bridge over Ishikawa and turn left.
The venue is the plaza on the way to Kawanishi Ohashi straight from the riverbed.

Course: Go north on the Minamikawachi Cycle Line (Ishikawa riverbed), turn around at the 2.5km point, make two round trips for 10km, and one round trip for 5km　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　

Valuables: There is no storage for luggage (there is a luggage storage area). Please manage valuables by yourself.

Participation fee: 37 EU (10 km)
27 EU (Parent-child run) *Including insurance

Participation prize: Backpack for trail running * 5 kg is prepared separately
Awards: Up to 3rd place men, up to 3rd place women Age: 1st place only *Half/10km only
By Age: Under 30 - 30's - 40's - 50's - 60's - 70's - 80's (male and female)

・Participants should take good care of their own health before participating.
・There will be a meeting to explain the course 30 minutes before starting. Be sure to participate. If there is a course mistake, the official time cannot be measured.
·There is no parking lot. Please use public transportation from an eco-friendly point of view.
・Please cooperate in taking your garbage home with you.
